Morgan Falls Park is managed under the auspices of Sandy Springs Youth Sports and the City of Sandy Springs and is exclusively used for Youth Sports.  The Dizzy Dean  Baseball program; the ASA Girls Fastpitch Softball program; the Pony League Travel; the Pony League Baseball program; and the Sandy Springs Saints Youth Football and Cheerleading programs (92 total teams) require a majority of the use of the fields, almost twelve months a year.

SSYS and the City of Sandy Springs does allow some usage of the Morgan Falls Park facilities as space allows.  Please review some of the requirements that are conditions of applying for a “Facility Use Permit” to Sandy Springs Youth Sports and the City of Sandy Springs.

• A Liability Insurance Waiver Form for Morgan Falls Park whichincludes the name of the organization, and names of all participants and to Indemnify SSYS and the City of Sandy Springs from any liability.  Click on the link below to download the indemnity form.

SSYS Indemnity Agreement

• Due to National affiliations with Youth Programs that require a ‘background check’ for screening of both sexual and criminal offenders, there may be a requirement to secure background checks if any youth program is active at the park during the time frame of your request. (This is required by SSYS for all adults that are involved directly or indirectly with any of our Youth Programs)

• Fee usage is predicated on time and day of usage:  $40/hour - with lighting; $20/hour - without lighting; four hour minimum
• A Security Deposit of $100 is required. (refundable)
• Alcohol is not permitted at Morgan Falls Park(City of Sandy Springs Ordinance)
• Fireworks are not permitted at Morgan Falls Park (City of Sandy Springs Ordinance)
• On-site equipment use is not permitted.
